Smash sessions are priced per smasher and last 20 or 30 minutes, with boxes of glass items, and at higher tiers an appliance and tires to hit. All safety gear is provided and guests can play music on a Bluetooth speaker. A wind down room with water and journal is available. Walk-ins aren't accepted. The venue also runs paint therapy, sound baths and wellness events.

Items on offer include plates, glass, jars, frames, bottles, phones, keyboards, coffee makers and toasters.
Protective gear supplied by the venue: helmet, gloves, protective jacket and eye protection.
